Google Maps lead tools compared
Pay once instead of paying per row.
Most Google Maps lead tools bill you every month or for every row you pull. Octopus is a Windows app you buy once: $39 for the app, or $99 with the full source code and resell rights. Your lists stay on your own PC.

When Octopus is the better fit
- You pull leads every week. A one-time price beats a monthly plan after the first month or two.
- You want your lists private. Everything is saved on your computer, not on someone else's server.
- You sell lead lists or lead-gen services. The $99 edition includes the Python source and the right to rebrand and resell the app.
- You also do outreach. Email finder, scheduler and a WhatsApp panel are built in.
When it isn't
- You're on a Mac or Chromebook. Octopus is Windows 10 / 11 only.
- You need it to run in the cloud. Your PC does the work, so it has to stay on while Octopus collects.
- You never want to see a CAPTCHA. If Google shows one in the Chrome window, you complete it and Octopus carries on.
