Windows app · pay once
Stop copying leads off Google Maps by hand.
Type something like “roofers in Dallas.” Octopus opens Maps, goes through every listing, and hands you a spreadsheet with names, phone numbers, websites and ratings. $99 once. You get the app, the full source code, and the right to resell it.
Try your own niche. The preview below rebuilds itself. (It's a demo with made-up rows. The real app pulls live data from Maps.)
- Windows 10 / 11
- Source code + resell rights
- 14-day refund if it won't run

You know who you want to sell to. Getting the list is the boring part.
Doing it by hand
- Search Maps, click a listing
- Copy the name, then the phone, then the website
- Paste into a sheet, go back, scroll, lose your place
- Repeat 150 times. Then do the next town.
With Octopus
- Type your searches, one per line
- Hit Start and go get a coffee
- Filter by rating or area
- Export CSV and start calling
One clean row per business. Opens straight in Excel or Sheets.
Every place Maps returns for your search becomes a record. Each one is saved the second it's collected, so if you stop halfway you keep everything so far.

Web designers: those blank website cells are your pitch list. Sort the column in Sheets and they're all at the top.
Not every listing has every field. If a business never added a website, there's nothing to collect.

Octopus drives a Chrome window through each search and drops businesses into the table as it finds them. The Terminal tab shows exactly what it's doing.
Filter and export
Narrow it down by name, area or minimum rating, then download CSV or JSON. The export only includes what your filters show.
The stuff that saves you the second hour.
Let it run while you sleep
Schedule a search daily, weekly or once. New businesses get added to your list, and the ones you already have don't show up twice.
Send a first message that sounds like you
Pick who to contact, write one message, and Octopus drops in each business's name. It sends from your own WhatsApp, one at a time, with a 5–60 second gap you choose.
Your lists never leave your computer
There's no Octopus account and no Octopus server. The panel runs locally and your data sits in a folder you control. Want it gone? Delete the folder.

Yours to change. Yours to sell.
Every copy comes with the complete Python source code and a resell license. Rebrand it, add features, bundle it with your services, or sell the Windows app to your own customers at whatever price you like.

What's one new client worth to you?
Land one client and Octopus has paid for itself 20×.
What you'd pay over a year
And year two costs you nothing. Octopus doesn't count records or lock features behind tiers.
Anyone who sells to local businesses.
Find businesses that still don't have a website.
Pull every contractor in your area, sort by the empty website column, and you've got a week of warm pitches. Bonus: the ones with 4.8 stars and no site already have happy customers to show off.
Build niche lists before the discovery call, not during it.
Pick a vertical, pull every business in a metro, and filter by rating to find the ones that care about reviews. Schedule it weekly to catch new openings first. Or rebrand Octopus and hand it to your clients as your own tool.
Your whole territory in a spreadsheet by lunch.
Search by ZIP code or neighborhood, export, and load it into your dialer or CRM. Phone numbers come straight from the listing, so you're calling the front desk, not a guess.
Size up a market before you spend a dollar on it.
How many coffee shops are in this ZIP? What's the average rating? Who's crowded and who's thin? Pull the list and the answers are a pivot table away.
What it does, and what it doesn't.
Better you hear it now than after you've paid.
It does
- Run on Windows like a normal app. No Python, no command line.
- Collect public listing details from Google Maps results.
- Export CSV and JSON that open cleanly in Excel and Sheets.
- Keep working after you buy. No license server, no monthly check-in.
- Come with the source. Change it, rebrand it, sell it.
It doesn't
- Run on Mac or Linux. Windows only for now.
- Find email addresses. It collects what's on the Maps listing.
- Run in the cloud. Your PC has to be on while it works.
- Get around Google. If Maps shows a CAPTCHA, you solve it in the Chrome window. Results depend on what Maps shows.
One price. No plans to compare.
Lead tools charge $50 to $100 every month and cap how many rows you pull. This is one payment, and the code is yours to keep, change and sell.

Questions people ask before buying.
What exactly can I do with the resell rights?
You can change Octopus, put your own name and logo on it, and sell or give the Windows app (original or modified) to your own customers, at any price. You can also use it to deliver lead-gen services. What you can't do is resell or give away the source code itself, or pass the resell license on. The full wording is in the terms.
What's in the source code? Do I need to know Python?
It's the complete project: the Flask panel, the Selenium scraper for Google Maps, the WhatsApp sender, the single-file UI, 73 automated tests, and the script that builds the Windows EXE. You don't need Python to use Octopus. You'll want basic Python to change it. Heads-up: some variable names and code comments are in Turkish. The UI and docs are in English.
Is it really just one payment?
Yep. $99 once and the app and its source code are yours. There's no subscription and no record limit, and nothing stops working because you didn't renew, since there's nothing to renew.
How do I get it after I pay?
We email a download link to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Can't find it? Check spam or promotions, then email info@gmapleads.online and we'll sort it out.
How many businesses can I pull?
Octopus doesn't set a limit. In practice you get whatever Maps shows for each search, usually up to a couple hundred places. Want more? Split a city into neighborhoods or ZIP codes.
Will Windows warn me when I open it?
It might. The app isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen can show “Windows protected your PC.” Click “More info,” then “Run anyway.” Some company-managed laptops block unsigned apps completely. If yours does, use a personal PC.
Does it work on a Mac?
No, it's Windows only. It may run in a Windows virtual machine, but we don't test or support that.
Do I need to leave my computer on?
While it's collecting, yes. Scheduled searches also need your PC and Octopus running at the scheduled time. Missed runs don't catch up later.
Can WhatsApp ban my number?
It can. WhatsApp limits accounts that message lots of people who don't know them. Keep the gap between messages long, send to small, relevant lists, and write something a person would actually want to get. Octopus never messages anyone you didn't pick.
Is this legal?
Octopus collects information businesses publish on their public Maps listings. What you do with it is on you: follow Google's and WhatsApp's terms, and US rules like the TCPA and CAN-SPAM when you reach out. If you're not sure, talk to a lawyer before running outreach.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email us within 14 days. We'll try to fix it with you, and if Octopus won't run on your PC, you get a full refund. Details are on the refund policy page.
